Also this year, in the beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno, Italian Fritto Misto is back.
Fritto Misto is an exhibition / trade fair dedicated to frying and its characteristic food is for everyone and for everyone’s taste.
Public success of earlier editions has convinced the organizers to extend the duration of this event: it will, in fact, from April 24th to May 2nd in Le Marche town.
Then it will be 9 days of cuisine and meeting of cultures and identities.
In the large Palafritto pavilion Italian chefs from many regions and even abroad fry alongside, in a large, unique kitchen.
In all the stands you can find typical fried of each region of Italy and Europe, with the opportunity to taste wines and typical products.
