ZARA debuts in e-commerce: the 2010/11 Fall / Winter Collection of the Spanish brand will be available on line store

The invisible founder of the giant Inditex breaks in the promising online shopping market and the brand ZARA officially opens its network store.

Since this morning all products of Zara stores are available on the Internet in six European countries: Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and the UK.

In the coming months is also expected its gradual expansion to other markets where the Inditex Group is present and will soon be made available applications for iPhone and iPad that facilitate the purchase through these devices.

Pablo Isla, vice president of the group, said: “The Internet and the world of social networks are, more and more everyday, indispensable reference tools and special channels of communication, that fit perfectly with the philosophy of our group.”

The site offers all the visual content of the proposed collections: campaign photographs, lookbook and videos.

In view of the maximum simplicity and manageability, the site provides a series of filters (color, size, price …) that allows you to do targeted researches of clothing and identify products by their reference number, description, category, etc..

Each item can be viewed in detail from different angles and through the Super Zoom function, that allows you to see at an exceptionally close distance details of each item.

Prices are identical to those stores and payments can be made through credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express), debit cards (Visa Electron) and PayPal.

The products will be sent in an ecological package especially designed for the occasion.

Zara brand owes its success to the continuous upgrading of proposals (many inspired trends directly to the men, woman and child runway, for a total of about 27 thousand models per year) and its competitive prices
